Our Story
About us
A non-profit distributing, service-oriented, and philanthropic organization dedicated to public welfare in Nepal.
Our Origin & Legacy
Honoring a Mother's Memory:
Incorporated under the Companies Act, 2063 (2006) on July 12, 2020 (28th Ashadh 2077 B.S.), the Kanchi Maya Tamang Foundation was established in loving memory of the late mother, Kanchi Maya Tamang. Driven by her legacy of compassion, our foundation is built to conduct widespread awareness programs and social initiatives in the critical fields of education and healthcare.
Key Institutional Objectives
To realize our vision, the foundation is legally authorized and actively works to:
-
Establish "Sewa Ghar" (Service Homes): Build and operate residential care facilities, children's homes, schools, and medical centers to provide proper livelihood and care for those requiring assistance.
-
Provide Rural Emergency Logistics: Run dedicated ambulance and hearse vehicle services targeting rural, underserved areas and backward classes.
-
Advance Medical Healthcare: Raise public awareness regarding the vital benefits of organ donation and establish dedicated organ transplantation centers.
-
Disaster & Epidemic Response: Conduct rapid preventative, rescue, and counseling operations during natural disasters and communicable disease outbreaks across the country.
-
Environmental Stewardship: Work actively towards the conservation, protection, and enhancement of forests, watershed areas, rivers, and the overall natural environment.
Our Mission

Our Goal
To establish accessible rural health logistics, operate residential care centers (Sewa Ghar), support education, and preserve environmental resources.
